Where is the false?

WHERE is the FALSE STEP in this procedure?

It's some picture, step to make "salted duck egg".
First : use detergent to cleaned this egg, soak until 1 hour

second : wash and brush until spotless

Thirth : soak in salted water insoluble until one week (water 20 litre, salt 5 kg)

The last : Would U eat this salted egg with that procedure? Why???
